How do I connect a new platform?
Go to Integrations in the dashboard, click the platform you want to connect, and follow the OAuth flow. Most connections take under 5 minutes.
Can I connect multiple shops on the same platform?
Each Merqury account is linked to one set of credentials per platform. One Shopee account connects to one Merqury workspace — if you operate multiple seller accounts, each would require its own Merqury account.
What if my platform is not listed?
Use the integration request form on the Integrations page and we'll evaluate it for the roadmap. For urgent needs, the API allows custom connections.
